When will my official Download Festival merchandise arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. For international orders, please allow 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure the original tags are attached. Note that exclusive 'Event Only' items may have different return conditions.
